I am confused on how this works. Do I write one single solid blog/article and use what you are selling to blast it online? I only want it for a real estate niche. Can I use it over and over every time I write a new article? Just new to this concept, so I might sound stupid for now.

I hired a person who says he does white hat SEO, and I was very clear that is all I wanted. He took me up over a few months in my seo ranking, and then over night all my key words dropped at least 60 spots. It has been a few days, and nothing. How can I tell if he did black hat work?
