I think Newbies, and intermediate SEO’s stay away from PBN’s because the “experts” (Neil Patel) in the industry tell them to stay far away or Google will find them. While us seasoned SEO’s who like to make money, and like to make it faster and more than our competition - we use our own PBN’s.

Well, if they're using a PBN that you can easily identify - Google can too. It's only a matter of time before the network gets found out. This is why you should spend money on your own network. Unless you're in the churn & burn game, then more power to you.
