what? can you explain ? I just don't see any way for a sites pr to go down. All the juice that is coming to the site cannot be stopped. At least I don't know how to stop it. Is there an action you can take with cpanel that will evaporate the juice that is coming to the domain?

and how would you achieve it with the password? I mean if a site socially declines today, does his pr goes down? Is there a blackhat way to bring a pr to certain level or do we only know how to get snadbox or high pr. Is there a process that sites go through and their page rank goes down?

I was wondering, can you take a pr8 site and make it a pr3 site? I know it sounds outside of our reality.but it is really interesting to me. How much time and effort will it take?
