I think stores can accept order during trial,you will have to add a card and choose a plan but you card would only be charged when your trail is over.

How many emails would a list of 1k generally have? Can you do email lists as well from groups?

You should have a starter service with like 1k emails for $10 or something like that. It would allow people to test a sample list for quality before ordering for $100.
