Why would you need to use the same address for a stealth account. Regardless that is false. If you’re selling the same product to the same address it’s going to link. You have to make everything different for long term.

I don’t know who is feeding you these lies but they absolutely do link by address and names. If it doesn’t fail initially it will go under a review at some point where it will get linked.

NOOOO bad advice, addresses will get you linked and suspended. Easiest way for paypal is to create a new user account windows, to completely separate cookies etc. New email, phone number, debit card, bank, and last but not least new IP address. VPNs come in handy for this.
