My channel is not monetized and i am just starting. Question is if there is a network that let people use copyrighted material and also if is a must to have the channel monetized for a network? if not then they can take all the money, but i want a network that can help me grow a lot. Anyone have?

Thanks, what i meant was how long does it take the system, for example if you have 1000 views, you get suggested into 1000ish view videos, if you increase it to like 10,000, how long will it take for your video to appear next to videos with 10,000 views?
