Nah your wrong, google even says it will impact the ranking of a website in the future it's in their faq. About +1 exchanges no it wont work if the exchange sites arn't smart to go under the radar. Buying +1 works, done it myselfe and it works great.

yeah that was in some way what i meant. If you get a really high CTR you got a really good placement and OR you have places the ads so shady that they are clicked on by mistake. If i were google i would take a look on sites with high CTR ( above normal) just because its over the average. If...
