I was an affiliate for Dengee about a month ago and then stopped promoting. Looks like they had some server crash (good thing I didn't earn anything this month =D). They are legit though, i've been paid before.

bit.ly sometimes leaks the referrer, but not always. Either way, I would recommend cloaking it with your own domain. Bit.ly has taken down my links a few times and cost me lots of money in lost traffic.
I think it's a little more complicated than simply dividing by the number of outgoing links. But yes, the more outgoing links the less link juice each individual link will get.
In many cases it is better to focus on 1-2 niches. As long as they are money makers. Don't focus on 1-2 niches that get 1000 searches a month. Instead, put all your effort into the big competitive ones. Eventually, it'll pay off.
Any chance of allowing Scrapebox to harvest more than 1,000 links at a time? If not, maybe a feature that lets you harvest links start from a certain result page from google (like start harvesting from page 10).

Higher rate of approval, and it gets your anchor text in as well. Some wordpress blogs also have a plugin that separates the name and anchor text.
