I'm in the US and im trying to rank for the US mainly but the world wouldn't hurt 555,000 global searches 246,000 local searches

I finally reached rank 4 for a keyword on Google with 500,000 monthly searches and it's been 3 days and I'm not seeing any traffic from it at all... 10-15 hits a day What could be the cause of this???? This is frustrating to the max, I don't understand maybe Adword is feeding me some false...

Does that make anything different?

WF is pure garbage, the information in there isn't even ground breaking, you can't trust anyone there. DP is full of noobs but is a great source for labor, i can get anything done there. Every time i post for articles/logos/coding I get 20-50 offers
