It's just the way it goes, when you have a video like that about keygen's etc, it's gonna be an easy target to get deleted when someone flags it. I'd open several different accounts, and just put 1-3 videos max in each account. Then if an account gets banned, you'll only lose a couple of videos...

That's true, most people will just click the about tab to see the link. But, there will be some people who don't bother, so I reckon some income will be lost.

I just checked a bunch of my videos, and the about tab is still the one that people see by default. Maybe they are rolling it out across accounts bit by bit. Hope it doesn't hit my accounts though.

There isn't really a secret. You can pay to have your video featured in youtube, or you can post your video as a response to very popular videos, or really just buying views is the easiest way.

There's not much point doing a 2013 fails video, unless you are going to become a youtube partner and have ads on the video. But, you'll need LOTS of views make any good money.

Yeah social sigs are good for internal youtube rankings. It's best to get real signals though instead of a fiverr gig. I've found the best signals come when you actually have a good video...then people like it, share it etc just because it's that good. Then I don't have to even bother buying...

Videos move around all the time. I've had videos that were ranked high on page 1, then disappeared, then came back to page 1 again. These things happen all the time so dont worry about it.

I use Vagex quite a lot. The views are real and you can get good volume, but they don't watch the full length of your video. It's a maximum of 300 seconds.

The problem isn't that you are using a photo of a celebrity, it's that the photo was taken by someone else and it belongs to them. So it is illegal. Chances are the person would never know you are using it, but still a risk I think.
