Thanks, everyone. Just so people know, if I didn't thank you with the "Thanks" button, it isn't because I don't appreciate what you're saying, it is because I can't thank anymore people on this page of the thread for some reason. :)
I originally wrote this post when I first got back last week. I have been spending most of my time resting and relaxing and thus, never posted it. After really processing this whole situation, I still feel the same way:
For the first time in many years, I am at a complete loss for words...
@billgates
VB support will be implemented in the next version, which will be drastically different than the current version. Watch the blog for updates.
@youngguy
I can't wait to show you guys FG 2.0. It is pretty awesome.
@kucaimas
Yes. The BHW coupon is still active. Let me know if you have...
Thanks for the kind words. Aside from being easier to use for most people, Referer Guardian also has a lower leak rate, as explained in this blog post.

With regard to VBulletin support, we are working on adding this for the FG 2.0 release, along with a few other forum platforms.
For customers: The best way to get ahold of us is to email the support address provided in the included instructions. Because of BHW up-time issues, we're often unable...
Sorry for the delayed responses. This is the first time I've had a sustained connection to BHW in a few days.
@robert
I think we took care of you via support email. Let me know if you have any other questions though.

I've been around, just unable to connect to BHW. The best way to get...
@billgates: I wouldn't use the current version on a shared hosting plan. There are literally thousands of VPS providers that will all be fine. If you're not good with server administration, stick to one's with cPanel. If you are, stick to one's without cPanel.
With regard to Google, pages are...
I can't give you help defrauding companies like this, but if a user clicks on a link, it will show the referer as whatever site you install WP Guardian on. With the plan you've outlined above, you will end up losing accounts, by the way. There isn't any long term value to the advertiser.
There are a couple of guides to modifying it to have AdSense and similar. Here is one:

Only 45 Copies Left At $129.97!
I believe that the reseller accounts have the same account restrictions as the shared hosting accounts with regard to crons. As far as I know, their VPS and dedicated offerings are the only ones that you can run FG without potentially breaking ToS.

If you really want the answer, read the book I referenced in my post. That is how that part of the process works. It isn't like Google runs on a few servers. They have clusters of clusters of clusters. Computational power isn't the problem.
Correct. For the time being, I wouldn't use HostGator's shared hosting services. If cPanel, etc is setup, it isn't difficult to get it running on an account that supports it at all. There are pretty clear cut installation instructions.
