Well, as said above, it depends a lot on niche and competitors. In any case the right answer will be content with needed keywords. It will do both things you need. But make sure its unique, interesting and more than 1,000 words at least.

It won`t give you much traffic due to poor content. And after you will get some, they will never return. Just waste of time.

I think because gmail has higher % for success in automation process.

Traffic bot can`t harm you if you provide it with keywords and backlinks. But that`s my IMO. Otherwise it seems strange, if you got no backlinks but taking a lot of traffic from websites. It just must be balanced.

I got my results few days ago. The result seems fine, average DA > 50, a lot of contextual links in profiles, which will boost your seo a bit. Cons: a bit long, TS should provide it faster.
