I would be afraid to do a transaction at that amount using PayPal. PayPal is to fickle with these things.

I would pay the fees. If your account is pretty established, it would be worth it to keep it going. Tough finding well established accounts these days after eBay has banned tons of sellers.

Why do we need to contact you and use Teamviewer for you to verify our PayPal account instantly? Seems pretty shady to me. I never encountered a seller who sold me a VBA to do this. Not even the seller on the Aspkin forums or Auction Essistance.
