If I type in auto I get only that appearing on the first 4 pages, so I can't tell, but I have auti appearing in " Searches related to auto" in the bottom. But I suppose that just means ppl who searched auto also searched this.

When you say possible, you mean without any backlinks? They are not reliable on ANY of the metrics they give or some particular ones? When you say look myself at the sites, I'm not sure what that entails, look how (I'm a complete newb)? With different tools or?

You're saying if the competitors are below 30 I can beat them just on good on site optimization like title, meta description and headings and without backlinks?
