How many weeks does it usually take before you can start targeting tier 1 countries?

I want to target baby boomers. I'm thinking Facebook. Would they even notice if I put flyers in cars at senior center? Anyone else have ideas?

I read that at least 100,000 people have teachable accounts. Teachable does no advertising or seo for their clients. And very few of their clients are making money.
