Most of my websites have Generatepress. Lite and Simple but you can customize it, a lot of it. With proper optimization, GTmetrix gives me around 0.8-1.2 seconds in fully load time. Will be moving all my sites to GP by end of this month, others sites are on Astra and Monochrome Pro (Genesis)

Just edit out the landers available for free. If it's tough, learn basics of HTML and CSS that would help you enough to edit them out. No brainer. I can help you for free, but we've got some really good members who would call me a niche thief or something like that lol
