Generally speaking, if you see one or two non big-brand, garbage website anywhere near the top 10 or top 15 it is low competition.

It happens to me often, usually its a dance and then you recover 1-3 weeks later. You need to keep building links through it though

I get your point, but IM is really the only business where newbies have difficulty making $5 a day. Literally any offline business would be bankrupt on its first day with that kind of goal settings. IMO it is a waste of time looking for methods that might generate less than a full time income...

Honestly if you have the funds you need o hire a link builder to manage your SEO for you. You will need a monetizaton strategy and possibly a blueprint for the link builder, but if you do SEO yourself youre doing it really, really slow.

How long does it take for you to turn a positive ROI on each property? My issue with real estate is that it's slow. You need a ton of start up capital and each property will take up to a decade to go ROI positive
