Buy a good domain targeted at a niche you're interested in. If you don't write very well pay for content here on BHW, I suggest buying articles of 1200 words. If it's something you actually like you can engage your readers and keep them coming back. As for traffic, it's going to take awhile...

Dang OP yeah you definitely got swindled with the Fiverr traffic. Do some PPC if you have some money to spend, if not, find relevant sites in your niche and ask for a link exchange or post good comments on those sites.
