If you are creating accounts with prepaid balance/funded account then it works good..eg indian ads account I am funding with Rs1K in the beginning and run it .i am running 3 accounts at a time .even real accounts are getting suspended sometimes but success ration is way better than BH accounts...

you can try using - Xtra Pro VER 2.0 (ad -on extension). you can search with keyword -ICOindex + gmail,yahoo etc.Even trial version will allow to download 50 valid emails.

It's working.you can skip phone number for creating account. I think you can easily create 4-5 accounts per day (by changing ip of phone and clearing cache) Even if you spam badly your alternate email address /genuine one doesn't gets banned. I tried it for email marketing.
