Thanks guys, I've found an easier free option called "GSplit" if you are interested. You just load the harvester file in and it splits it into however many files you input in the "Pieces" section. Let's hope the smaller files gives me some results finally. Appreciate the help

I'm using Scraped proxies. Is this going to be the issue then? They seemed to work flawlessly scraping the domains.

Right out of curiosity I stopped it at 38000 into the 290k list on the Alive Checker. I couldn't see the "Active Threads" in the Vanity Name Checker but in the Alive Checker I could see the Threads drop from 50 - 2 and the final two threads are stuck on active and I can't export while they're...

I left the latest name check for half an hour after stopping at 50% just to see if it would let me export but no joy! I'm running the Alive Checker now, so fingers crossed I can export the URL's after this has finished. Thanks.
