How do you know you're shadow banned?

I've tried having fewer hashtags, but only got the adverse effect. It seems better to stick with as many hashtags as possible or what do you guys think?

Approaching 10k followers, 160 pictures uploaded. Unfollowing every 3rd days. Started since April last year!

I'm following 1200 a day, and liking 1600 a day. Have done this for a few months now haven't been banned yet!
