I would think G is going to see that as the same as putting pics near your ads. It entices the user to click without coming out and saying "click here." That's why pics near your ads - even unrelated - are against TOS.

I'm following your progress on this with interest. Not only did paypal get whacked, but ebay, facebook, godaddy (that was the worst one) and others - at least for me. What a royal PIA it's been to fix this crap. :p
