Ah sorry about that I didn't know that was a state thing. However, yeah if paypal does allow withdrawal to debit card in your location then you should be fine. A friend of mines younger brother uses his mothers paypal account but has his debit card under it.

Connect her bank information to your paypal account. That is the best way to get money out without fees and then you can work out a transfer with your mother outside of paypal.

I don't think this game will be as big as it currently is for too long unless Niantic delivers on updates but currently it is a free for all for IM. There is definitely money to made for anyone out there who tries.
