How do you install Instagram without Google Play on Nox or BlueStacks?

Yeah which ones? I've used HighProxies and I have been safe with 1 account/proxy but if other proxies are more expensive, but you can run more accounts it's worth more.

If I were to use proxies and NOX or BlueStacks to create Instagram accounts, do I need to use a different Google Play (Gmail) account every time? It's different devices and different proxies, but not sure if using the same Google Play account to download the Instagram app would be tracked.

Yeah mine were from "unknown" so it's like YouTube knows that they're not real.

Yup they were all registered, but for most of my videos the first 48 hours the drop off in terms of views isn't that hard.
