manual reviewing for who? google? if not, who else would want you to manual review sites. seems strange.

with local searches low comp I have many #1 spots, duplicate content is not as much of an issue with local searches.

+1 for scrapebox and +1 for gsa for tier 2 or tier 3 links.

anything other than page 2 is not going to result in much traffic unless the keywords are much higher search volumes. Even the bottom half of page 1 is not going to give you that much traffic, top 5 is the real goal.

Honestly I would stay well clear of these sites!!! 99% of them are getting traffic from dodgy places and traffic that can drop off at any point. I bought 1 of these sites back in the day and actually got my adsense account banned after 3 weeks. Pretty much anyone who has a half decent legit...

i know a few people that do this with content from expired domains. I would be a bit concerned with using content that was on a site that was deindexed from google for spam etc, just check the site out that the content is from before you use it.

the above comment is exactly right, it all depends on how the site was set up by the previous owner which would mean what urls they used for their backlinks.

Yeah private proxies are best for this and there are a few people selling on here. I have personally used instantproxies before which are $1 per each

yeah stay clear of most Fiverr gigs, especially the link building ones. For a local business the first thing I would do is make sure they have a google business page, order around 50 citations and order some branded social/ web 2.0 profiles and then buy some pbn links from a reputable seller.

with web 2.0's they should index nicely after you add some unique content to them otherwise there is not too much reason for google to index them, it just might take 1-3 weeks

Im sure its possible even though i have never tried it myself, but why make things hard for yourself, use a combination of link types that you have at your disposal

nice post man, so many people are not aware or not using lsi keywords in their content, even today. I'm glad keyword stuffing is a thing of the past so content can read well and also rank well

It's probably worth posting in the google product forum as there are many people in there who really know thier stuff when it comes to this sort of thing. It's not working taking chances when it comes to risking your adsense account.
