From what I understand paypal doesn't like you logging in from constantly changing IPs. Or were you talking about ebay?

Last questions guys. Is buying another / different ISP another option I have? I live next to another house I own so the ISP would be for different house but right next to it on the same street.

That's interesting. I read on another forum that logging from different IPs (I read another post of yours where you said it's a proxy generator where the IP changes frequently) would get my paypal limited. Seems like going the proxy route is out of the question. Thanks for all the feedback so...
