I have. I took the square ads out and left the 3 main banners on the front page only. eCPM anywhere from .40-1.50 it fluctuates wildly

20-40 cents a day between the 3 banner ads on the front page and ads on other pages.

Around 20k unique visitors per month. 1,500-4k page views per day. I update the site myself as far as content. I spend money on my web dev and seo guy (not sure if he's doing a great job).
