As long as you aren't hosting anything illegal you should be able to use just about any host out there, what are your concerns?

+1 No one is going to provide blocks of IPs that large unless you are willing to pay a very large sum of money to rent them.

I don't believe hosts can reply to your thread here due to the rules, you are best looking in the marketplace.

Unfortunately you are going to have a hard time getting any real data until you setup your own hosting account with them and begin monitoring with something like Pingdom. If you are concerned uptime will be an issue for the host(s) you are considering I would suggest getting 1 month of service...
