I think I may have answered my own question here. The reason the software wasn't working correctly was because there was no channel setup. I had a raw account, and when clicking "upload" the channel wasn't setup so there was an unfamiliar prompt with the software that made the software just bug...

Hey Vlad, I've bought your software and received nothing but this error since I started it. I've tried multiple private proxies. I'll watch what happens in the "show new browser" page. I literally can see the "upload" button - I could click it myself! But after a few seconds of sitting there...
