1cpw is fairly standard, and can get you some OK articles. A student or someone who has a more specialized knowledge is going to charge more. If you do go the 1cpw route (or less) make sure to copyscape your work and plan time to edit.

I upped my number of posts to about 30 on every blog. I added more pictures and shared them on Pinterest. I am fond of using the "Pinterest method" of grabbing/reposting pictures in small quantities to get traffic.
