Hello, BHW. I have decided to quit my job and go back to just working online. Before I can, I need to get my earnings up and build some residual income. First of all, I?ll start off by saying that I have a strong belief in diversified income. I want to be able to have the option to still earn money but if I can meet my goals with just passive income, I won?t complain lol

Second off, I just got my first realization that I?m not a spammer and Im a little inexperienced, even though I have done this for years. I tried doing a bot + Society 6 method and just got a bunch of comments on my art from people who weren?t happy with me. I may even have to delete my account if I can?t get them to delete all of my old comments. Because of this, I can?t include any of my earnings over there in this journey right now. I may reopen/reexplore this later.

So, here is my method, which I am sure you have seen before, but I will be recording mine as well. Input & Tips are always welcome.

    Short Term Goals

    Boost traffic on 14 Blogs
Get to $100 per day in adsense/affiliate income

To do this, I am going to make sure each blog is updated on a regular basis. Some niches need 3 posts a day, others can get by with 5 a week. I?m aiming for 5 a week on all of mine, with the exception of my two most popular ones, which will get 10 ? 15 per week. It will be a mix of my own writing and outsourced content that I have edited. So far, the best content ratio that I have (that is Blogger/WP friendly) is:
    35% My own writing/Unique Editorials
25% Promotional posts to my own stuff (unique writing with readable topics, just linking to my other blogs)
15% Social posts (ex. Top Dresses on Pinterest, We just added our Facebook Page, Top 5 People to Follow on Twitter)
25% Amazon or other affiliate related posts (250 ? 500+ unique words)

I will also create social media accounts for each blog. Currently, only a few have individual accounts and the rest are tied to my main personal accounts. I have bought tweets/retweets/repins/shares before, and it works well when done in moderation.
The goal is to build my following naturally, with small boosts from paid social media services.
Since building these sites up takes time, I will fill in the gaps with writing for my personal clients or content mills. (I regularly get 0.03 per word, if not a little more, but have enough industry knowledge to get me lower paying work if necessary to make the $100 each day). I will also offer Fiverr services for my writing (which can help me create blog posts too.)

    Long Term Goals
Build a PBN of 100 high quality niche blogs
    Make $XXX/wk with Adsense
    Make $XXX/wk with affiliates
    Total: Around $300 per day.

1 of the 14 is on Wordpress, the other 13 are on Blogger, on two different accounts. The Wordpress one and my most popular Blogger one are taking priority right now.
After I get profits up on these, future blogs will be on WP :)

I'm already looking at outsorcing content, getting it as readable yet cheap as possible and then taking 10 min to edit it. :)
With some of my blogs, its easier to find topics than write about them, but I need to get those numbers up.
All the blogs are already set up, just some of them havent been updated in forever or whatever...

Today I wrote a few for my main ones and did topic research for some of the ones that are kind of meh. Putting in article orders Friday when I get paid to hopefully have some on Monday :)

I found 40 unused articles on my computer and I am going through editing them now. I'm going to try and schedule 2 per week until I run out, but most of them pertain to 3 of 14 blogs. That means I'll have 6 weeks of having most of my content for those 3 already done, lessening my workload.

I placed an order for 3 more articles, so I'd have 5 (or 1 weeks worth) for another blog.

Doing product research for these 4 blogs so that I can make more affiliate-related posts throughout the week and have a consistent mix of promotional/informative content.

so, after 3 days of this, I got x.xx in Adsense and over $1 on Amazon. I only updated 3 blogs though, and don't think I marketed really well. I bought a few more articles, and I think these are the next steps I need to take:

    1) pick most trafficed blog
    2) order or write about 30 articles for it
    3) space out articles to 3x per week
    4) set up Twitters, FBs and Pinterest (I don't have any proxies so I may do this at my local library)
    5) set up Hootsuite for blog, Maybe use divrt.ly to auto send links to social media
    6) write about 90 tweets/fb messages and set them to auto send 3x day 5/week
    7) Rinse and repeat until all blogs are good to go for 10 weeks :p

I like the idea of 3x per blog each week, as this is managable and gives me flexibility to add more as I see it. (so if I see a super cool Xbox controller or something I can write a review and shove it up on the appropriate blog, or if breaking industry news happens, or whatever) I'd like to get to 100ish posts per blog. Then the least popular ones can go down to 1 - 2 posts per week or be used for backlinking.

    7/13 Updates
Adsense and Amazon is still stagnent, but I set up the Twitter/Facebook/Google+ pages and they already are generating traffic. I set up Hootsuite for this first blog (My WP Blog in a fashion niche) and set it to send messages 7 days a week 2 times a day (14 messages per week). I use a tool to auto send messages to these accounts when a blog post is made, and I set one up for every weekday (M-F) this week. I am about to order 10 more articles for it which will put me to half way for my goal, and writing 5 more tonight. I have 10 more that are already written that I just have to edit.

Is 3 tweets per day too much or too little?
