Good for you.. I've got terrible experience with them..,accusing me of tricking them for 10$.. Worst thing that can happen is instead of solving the problem, they just accused me.. For the fact that it is not really working.

All of these stuff can be learn.... Just read and google some of the terms that you don't understand.. Just my 2 cents

My clients site was penalized due to link exchange. I was put to blame because he said I was the only one who's working on it.. The only work I have done was creating blog but not linking to the clients websites. Articles are unique, written manually.. Bottomline.. I didn't use any software...
