Thanks for all your responses. I uninstalled gsa from my laptop and installed on my desktop which is also running on windows 8.1 and the copy & paste features are working fine. I guess there is a conflict between a program on my laptop and gsa ser.

Thanks for the responses. I'm trying to paste from my computer and I have tried ctrl + v as well as using the right click option. I also stopped the rdclipboard.exe process from running and it still doesn't work. Im using windows 8. Do you think I need to reinstall GSA?
