it is not very hard to develop a bot for a specific site but developing for many diffrent website it needs lots of time. I suggest you to check WebBrowser control and filling the input boxes.

well I cannot split tables and use cache because any data can be used anytime. The only solution I found a better server with high performance disk I/O and memory

my database size is almost 100 GB, I have several tables that has 1 billion rows. So RAM option is not a good option. Even first table scan takes lots of time because of the disk read.

Webbrowser control is better, you can use WebClient or HttpWebResponse but it is not easy to post data. Webbrowser is slowest but it is not different too much from Internet Explorer.
