Your first problem is you are writing about laptops...a very competitive niche.

DA 8-15??? That's pretty awful dude. It's better to spend more money and get a domain DA15+ and PA25+ Even then it wouldn't be strong enough for my network.

I'm speaking from 100% experience here. I don't actually care about PR, maybe it fluctuates a little. That is OK. The authority of these domains however remains pretty constant because they have amazing backlink profiles from the likes of wikipedia, BBC, gov sites etc... You can't get a PR5...

You have a lot to learn about this my friend :) Let me just say there is no need to pay that price...I can get a PR5 for far less and I NEVER build links to my PBN sites. I buy them because they already have very strong authority with genuine backlinks, why would I waste my time building spammy...

Yes...on my PBN I don't use private whois just fake names. As long as they have different C class IPs you should be good to go.

The Moz metrics are good but they have a serious weakness in that a spammy site will still have strong DA/PA. For that reason I also use the Majestic metrics because trust flow in general cannot be faked. If it is below say 15 then it's probably not that strong a domain after all.

Yes you can automate this. I can check and filter out the strong domains from a list of 20,000 in just a hour or so using excel along with Moz, Majestic and Namecheap APIs.

The minimum domain metrics he is looking for: 20+ domain authority and 30+ page authority (from Moz) 15+ citation and trust flow (from Majestic SEO) If have somewhat higher requirements but he is right in that any domain over these minimums is likely to be strong and good to use as part of a PBN.

I have one site that makes a lot of money so I literally keep buying a new domain and 301 the previous one to it every 3-4 weeks. After I 301 to new domain it normally takes about 5 days and it is ranking just as good as before :)
