I am in the same situation as yourself, and can say that as long as you know your stuff, age does not matter. Keep at it, the more experience you get, the easier it'll be. I personally do not believe that setting up a meeting is critical, as long as you have good phone skills.
The easiest way may be to offer them a well written email with a CPA offer, or possibly a good ClickBank product. Obviously, you have to give them value, you cannot just shove offers down their throats.

I'm not sure of one, but what's your issue with ClickBank? They are cleaning up their reputation, and I don't think it should make vendors run, it should make them want to ensure they are providing quality content.
