Got my funds back in the end through Paypal dispute procedure. I won't bother making up a shitlist as it's clear the seller won't ever show his ass here again; at least not under his current BHW account. And a shitlist won't lead to anything except for banning his future unused account anyways...

Kinda disagree here. Diversification on all possible fields is the way to go. Pure whitehat sites have sitewide backlinks as well in their profiles and sitewides can be very powerfull on long term. As long as one keeps it in a relevant context it's fine.

All depends on the quality of those PR3-PR6 sites. Do not stare blind on PR only, it's only one of the many parameters you need to take into account. Furthermore, relevancy of those PR3-PR6 matters as well.
