I think you're better off using any proxy system that can reach the target, and then banging something out getting the data and seeing what you can do with it. There's no reason to overcomplicate the setup or tooling. It's all fluid and these things change every year at this point. Best really...

Definitely seems like a proxy ip or vpn specific issue for a newer account, like an auto flag. I would check your setup. There’s likely better solutions out there or you’re leaking something.

It’s crazy but i would recommend retweets still too and actually more so. At this point it’s a high signal and i’ve definitely gotten more followers from RTs than anything else.

Curious if anyone has found anything around JA3 and JA4 detection as a signal etc. Almost no proxy detect site or fingerprinting site is really surfacing that. it's newer more sophisticated. I did come across one site that was showing it but I'll have to find it again.

I doubt that makes any difference like I said in regards to fingerprinting etc, the ip is the bigger concern. Tiktok is really the only co that has mobile device requirements almost everyone else allows browser usage fine, and for reddit I would bet they have a fair split in mobile or browser...

I'm not sure of your specific setup or what you're trying to do exactly, but generally I would say yes Chrome is better, it's the most used browser, and so you're the most blended in by far. Obscure browsers mean you aren't in the crowd so you stand out a lot more for all of their detection systems.

I should add chrome has some fingerprinting mitigation built in now so while not truly invisible I think we're going to see a decline overtime in true fingerprint tracking but its still there, the IP address is the most important detection surface nowadays, and any slightly low quality IP will...
