I was wondering how difficult it is to monetize police bodycam footage on YouTube. I guess the main concern would be ensuring the video is perceived as original by YouTube, as there are many channels posting the same footage. Would adding commentary throughout the video be enough...

So, assuming I pay with a credit card with a fake billing address and name (only the card details being real), what info can the merchant actually track?
Is it possible for them to get:
- real name
- real address
- IBAN
- etc.?
