I'd avoid most CTAs which lead users off of the platform. Instagram's goal is to keep users on the app for as long as possible so if you're trying to lead them to a link in bio or any sort of funnel it will get your account shadowbanned in one way or another.

It sounds like you're trying to create one using a VPN or proxy. A little more information about how you've gone about creating your accounts would be helpful.

If your target audience is too small or if you are recycling the same audience over and over. Make your campaign more broad and you should stop running into that issue.

It works as long as you are content with doing it on every video until you get that same amount naturally. YouTube evaluates content in comparison with how previous videos by the same creator performed, so if they see a sudden drop-off in views because you decided not to purchase them initially...
