I had the opposite last week. All of the sudden, seobook told me I had 2M backlinks for one of my sites. Turned back to 4k a while later. Perhaps it's just a glitch. OR maybe google is de-indexing all shady looking backlinks.

I always pay using paypal on GoDaddy... I had to connect my CC to paypal though, weird thing is it doesn't charge my CC but my bank account directly.

The POTENTIAL worth of a lot of sites runs in the millions, though almost none make it there. The worth of just the domain name is not much. If you manage to run a huge community on it, then it's worth money.
