It seems to me all these websites (including mine) were hit because of using Home page links and NOT blog networks... is there anybody who has been hit without using home page links?

From my experience most probably this is not real pr7, it doesn't matter that most of the tools including Google indicate it's real... Think about it, first which owner of pr7 domain will leave it go just like that. Second there are many websites that monitor closeout domains and would buy it...
