You mean you've actually tried both options and noticed a difference? That sounds really interesting but it's hard to believe Google will restrict the tool's expansion like that.

Well I went ahead and used the tool. The sky didn't fall yet, hopefully it will have good results. I'm trying to contact the sites' owner for removing the links as well, just for the safe side. If I'll have updates I'll keep you updated.
