No, I've been running like this for ages, never had a problem before, now got a new domain which redirects traffic by country. Now I'm not sure if it's because of redirection or not.

Make sure to put price of your product 3x the price you buy it for. Also sometimes Chinesse suppliers have super fast shipping called ePacket. I used to ask suppliers if they offer it, you'll get a lot less chargebacks.
