    What do you think about what was suggested above? Just not putting the LLC name on the website anywhere, so even if they looked it up it wouldn't come up. Or does that get me into a whole new world of trouble.

    Ahh I see what you mean. So make the LLC name different than the name of the website and branding on the site.

    Thanks for the reply and useful info! Didn't know that about the New Mexico and Wyoming LLC, good to know. Regarding the first question, we set up the LLC to hopefully protect personal assets if the new company was sued.
