Hey, My question is: Would using Tube Toolbox to only send friend requests and subscribe (no commenting), and with a limit of about 70 requests per 2 hours be considered pretty much safe?

I'm using this software atm (just started) and I've set a limit of around 70 friend requests per 2 hours. I know that some recommends a somewhat higher limit but while surfing I read somewhere that YouTube is forcing a limit of around 75 friend requests per 2 hours. If anyone could confirm or...
