Hello everyone, I have some problem with shoutcart. My IG acc has 5k followers and my engagement is good i think (13-15%) and i get a lot of comments per pic also. When i try to add my account to shoutcart it says that it doesn't meet the requirements... Why is that ? I also followed like 6k...

I need help guys.. When i post my link which is shrinked using bit.ly or goo.gl it isn't clickable. How can I make the link clickable and i mean when you click on the link it redirects you to the adress ? Thank you !
