Is it generally an easy keyword when authority type sites(DA70+) with a PA of 1 are cracking the top 5 spots on the first page of google?

I registered a new domain name and Ive had some pbns pointing at it for 3 weeks. Why doesnt't my site have any PA DA in MOZ. It also doesnt show any links pointing to it in moz or link checking tools.

Is it ok to go back and change the anchor texts on my pbn sites? I realized I didn't have any exact match anchors so I went back and changed some a few weeks later.

Do you guys add your pbns to google webmasters?

Is this fine and safe to do? Just making sure it doesn't seem too fishy for a non indexed site to be getting links sent to it.

When buying expired domains do you recommend purchasing a link preserving tool so your site doesn't lose its pr when you change the content? What are most people doing to avoid this?

I bought an expired domain from godaddy yesterday but because its expired the page is blank when i type it into google. I already paid for the renewal of the domain so my question is when and how will i be able to access this page? Thanks
