What I want to know is that if I have a Amazon associate link from amazon.co.uk and someone clicks on it from the USA does it take them to the .com site and do I still get a commission if they buy even if my associate link is from the .co.uk site?

This is for any UK based affiliates who work in the US markets, do you have a US based bank account to receive payments? The reason i ask is there is a delay in getting checks sent then getting the money deposited so would like it to be a quicker process.
