Anybody else see the new appeal form? What are they up to now? And after submitted it says "We will respond within 2 weeks" lol... Just yesterday I got the old one. After I sent appeal I got this at the top of the account.

Anyone else having this problem? Account active(large budget) but very low impressions. I tried to switch from Maximize Clicks to Impressions but still the same thing. Very strange. I have no CPC limits set for maximize clicks and have high volume keywords but just no traction.

Whats you guys turn-around time for appeals? Before I was getting a decision in about 10-12 days. Now I'm going on 16+ days and they emailed with an update that its been expedited and to wait another 7 days at the most... WTF.

For new accounts does the domain tld matter? Like does .com, .net, org, etc matter over .xyz, .info, etc <a cheap domains? Whats your experience? Does this matter with making accounts run quicker or longer?
